So you may be asking who are these Kolbe Center guys anyhow and why should we listen to them? Are they an unknown? Do they have any recommendations? You bet they do and one of them is from the Pope! Yes, back when he was just a lowly Cardinal Archbishop of Buenos Aries, then Jorge Cardinal Bergoglio recommended the teachings of the Kolbe Center along with the likes of the Cardinal Archbishop of New York and Tokyo, Edward Cardinal Egan and Peter Cardinal Shirayanagi. In the words of Ronald Reagan "trust but verify" so below are links to the recommendations. Jorge Cardinal Bergoglio, now Pope Francis, wrote his in Spanish.

The menu for this conference has been chosen. Once again Ludger's will be catering the event. We will be having their meatloaf with lemon caesar salad, corn, garlic mashed potatoes, and a mixed desert tray with lemon bars, choc-covered strawberries, and their cookies. Good food has always been a part of these conferences and this time is no different. Later today we will post all the topics.
